Our jewellery is designed and handmade entirely in our home based studio in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, Australia.
- Prices on the website are in Australian dollars. GST is included where applicable.
- Shipping within Australia – with Australia Post, standard mail is $10 and express is $14. Please note Australia post no longer guarantees next day delivery for express.
- International shipping – $30 standard mail with tracking
- Turnaround of orders – our normal turnaround for sending out is 3 – 4 days or we will email you if there is a delay for example if something is out of stock.
- Colour disclaimer for our anodised aluminium work – please chooses carefully as we can exchange a colour with postage at your expense but do not refund based on colour. If you are uncertain about colours feel free to give us a call to get more information before buying.
- Additional colours – if you have seen a colour in a gallery or on Instagram that is not listed on the website get in touch to check its availability.
- Gifts – can be sent directly to the recipient and we are happy to write a note with it. Place this information in the comments / note section when ordering.
- Damaged goods – if your jewellery is damaged on arrival we must be notified via email within 3 days of receiving it and it must include a photo of the damage. We can then offer a replacement with postage covered by us.
